About TJJ Solutions

TJJ Solutions LLC, doing business as TJJ Systems, is a family-owned company in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, run by Joe and Tracy Candiano. Joe has spent more than 20 years running operations in home medical equipment, homecare, logistics and customer service. Tracy brings more than 10 years as a registered nurse and nurse manager, plus 10 years as a licensed hairdresser at a busy New York salon, so she knows the service business from behind the chair as well as from the clinic. She leads business development for TJJ. We started TJJ to give service businesses simple tools that fix the everyday problems we saw firsthand: missed calls, lost requests, scheduling mix-ups and customers who never hear back.
